SOME COMMENTS FROM THE PRESS:

“Listening to Marco Sanguinetti is like stepping through a portal into a world where strange rhythms, counterpoints and chords entwine to create mesmeric music I have ever heard” (Sammy Stein, Something Else Reviews).

“A pensive outside jazz which redefines the numerous ways of paying attention to sound. With urban soundscape, dramatic rendering, significant structure, and a delicate touch, this album pushes forth toward a new jazz genre” (Mehdi El Mouden, All About Jazz).

“Marco Sanguinetti has created one of the best and most refreshing albums of this part of the world in this decade” (Marcelo Morales, El Intruso).

“Something that defines and differentiates Marco Sanguinetti from the rest of the local jazz musicians is his contemporary conscience… He proposes a musical drift by the current Buenos Aires psychogeography” (Sebastián Chaves, La Nación newspaper).

“In the continuous process of expansion that lives the Buenos Aires music scene, pianist and composer Marco Sanguinetti is one of the stronger artists” (César Pradines, Clarín newspaper).
